Store Policies


The following terms apply if you are returning something that was not shipped to you in error:
  • NO returns will be accepted without a RMA number (which will be provided by a customer service representative or our website)
  • NO returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • Merchandise MUST be in new condition.
  • All freight must be pre-paid by the customer.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply for all returns.
  • Part must be new, uninstalled, in original box


Non-Returnable Parts

Used Parts, Racing Parts, Installed Parts, Painted Parts, Custom Made Parts and Parts Made to Order cannot be returned for credit for any reason. All Custom Made Parts or Parts Made to Order cannot be cancelled, cancellation of orders for these parts will be subject to forfeiture of any and all deposit monies paid.  Electrical parts are not returnable for credit if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.

We will accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. 

Original shipping charges are NOT refundable unless a direct result of our error.  We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault.  We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor packages damaged in transit.  All claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repackage the item(s) in its original shipping container and arrange for its return.

All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled, mounted or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

Return Procedure

In order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, contact our support department at support@vipairperformance.com. Provide your order number, name, email address, phone number, and the part number you wish to return, along with a detailed explanation. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name you used upon ordering.
All returns must be packaged properly. Please make sure to check if there are any special packaging instructions to ensure that no shipping damage will occur. We will not be responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.  RMA numbers together with the return shipping instructions will be sent through email in 2-3 business days after receipt of the fully completed form. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

Freight or Shipping Charges
Return freight or shipping charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

Refunds
Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse.  Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" email the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please email our returns department at support@vipairperformance.com and we will respond to you immediately.

We recommend that you ship your return via a traceable shipping method (e.g., Fedex, UPS, USPS with shipment confirmation). We are not responsible for returns that are not sent by a traceable method (i.e., we will not credit for returns sent through the mail that never show up).

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

If you are requesting a replacement for a defective item, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number, then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have your product available and your credit will be applied approximately 4-7 days after we receive the product you are returning.

For international orders, we will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor will we refund original shipping costs. This is the risk that you, the buyer, accept by purchasing from our store and requesting we ship internationally.
